Johor’s Sultan Ibrahim is next Agong, reign to begin on Jan 31

Keeper of the Rulers’ Seal, Tan Sri Syed Danial Syed Ahmad, in a statement today, announced that Sultan Ibrahim Iskandar, the Sultan of Johor, has been selected as the 17th Yang di-Pertuan Agong, while Perak’s Sultan Nazrin Muizzuddin Shah will be the Deputy Yang di-Pertuan Agong.
